We help our clients prepare and implement internal policies and procedures, as well as conduct interactive staff training on those policies to ensure that employees are familiar with them. We believe that this serves as a strong foundation to assist in preventing issues with staff at a later stage. Should issues arise, we assist our clients with managing any problems by chairing grievances, performance management hearings and disciplinary enquiries. We also assist clients where they contemplate retrenchments in order to ensure that the proper legally required process is followed.
